These Partner Terms govern your participation in the FarmNexa Partner Network. By applying and being approved, you agree to abide by these terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, have a genuine audience relevant to agriculture, and comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
2. Commission
You earn 10% of the first subscription payment (Standard or Pro) made by a customer you referred, subject to a 30-day refund clearance period. Attribution runs for 90 days from the first click on your unique link.
3. Prohibited practices
The following void commissions: self-referrals, incentivised traffic (cashback, rewards), brand-bidding on paid search ("FarmNexa" as a keyword), misleading claims, spam, and any activity that harms the FarmNexa brand or its customers.
4. Payouts
Payouts are made monthly for balances over ₦50,000 or USD $50 via Nigerian bank transfer, PayPal, or Wise. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.
5. Termination
Either party may terminate participation at any time. Verified commissions earned before termination are paid according to these terms.
